Professional experience

Practice focuses mainly in commercial arbitration, but also in litigation. In addition to his expertise with dispute resolution, has extensive experience with transactional matters, including the legal structuring of businesses and projects. Also has experience as an arbitrator and is a member of the arbitrators’ lists of CBMA, CAMARB, CAM-BL, CAESP, CAMCA and CMAA.

 

Represents clients in the fields of, inter alia, insurance and reinsurance, energy, agrobusiness, shopping centers, real estate, construction, technology, stock exchanges, and pension funds.
