Sergio Mannheimer and Maria Proença Marinho collaborate on article organized by the IBA on the global impact of the Covid-19 pandemic

Partner Sergio Mannheimer and associate Maria Proença Marinho collaborated on an article written for the International Bar Association’s journal ‘Dispute Resolution International’ on the global impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The article, entitled “The Global Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Commercial Dispute Resolution in the First Seven Months”, organized by Kim Rooney and published on October 13, 2020, was the product of a collaboration between arbitration and litigation practitioners from 15 different jurisdictions.
Sergio Mannheimer and Maria Proença Marinho wrote the chapter on Litigation in Brazil. Sergio also contributed to the chapter on Arbitration in Brazil, alongside Laura Pinheiro, from LP Consultoria.
