Practice in the areas of strategic litigation and arbitration, in national and international disputes, particularly in matters relating to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate disputes, commercial contracts, insurance, construction, obligations, civil liability/tort, capital markets, investment funds, and credit recovery. Represents clients from various industries, such as pharmaceutical, investment brokerage, banking, tire, software, construction, and power generation.

Founder and President of the Center for M&A Studies and Co-General Editor of the Corporate Law and M&A Review.

Winner of the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot (2020). Runner-up in the 17th Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot (2020) and runner-up and best oralist of the IX Brazilian Arbitration Competition organized by CAMARB (2018).
