Fernanda Aviz participates in the VI CBMA International Congress on Arbitration

Today, August 10, 2023, partner Fernanda Aviz moderated a panel during the first day of the VI CBMA International Congress on Arbitration, having moderated the panel on “Emergency Arbitrators”, which featured speakers Pedro Batista Martins, Patrícia Ferraz, Rodrigo Fonseca and Octavio Fragata.
The event, which was held in person in Rio de Janeiro, was organized by the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration and aims to foster debate in the field of arbitration, with special attention to current issues and main controversies under discussion in the arbitral community.
