On August 28, partner Marcela Levy will teach a class on earn-out clauses in corporate disputes, at the invitation of the Câmara de Mediação e Arbitragem Especializada (CAMES), through its CAMES School initiative, alongside Sergio Nascimento. The CAMES School is the academic and knowledge dissemination arm of CAMES, whose main objective is to disseminate appropriate means of conflict resolution, mainly extrajudicial solutions, combining theory with market practice.
