Partner Marcela Levy will participate as a moderator in the event “Arbitration and the Constitution: A chat with Prof. Peter Rutledge”, which will take place on September 28, 2023, in CAM-CCBC’s São Paulo auditorium.
After Prof. Rutledge’s lecture, Marcela will address how arbitration affects issues such as the separation of powers, federalism and individual freedoms alongside Ana Luiza Nery.
