Marcelo Dickstein at the VII IBDCIVIL Seminar

Last Friday (09.27.19), partner Marcelo Dickstein presided the panel on “Arbitration and Advocacy” at the VII IBDCivil Seminar, which took place in Rio de Janeiro. Carlos Eduardo Pianovski Ruzyk, Paula Andrea Forgioni and Appellate Judge Marco Aurélio Bezerra de Melo participated as lecturers, whilst Isabel Cantidiano and Marcela Maffei acted as debaters.

At the same event, intern Patrick Saar won 1^st place in the student category of the III CLÓVIS BEVILÁQUA AWARD. He presented his research on “The extension of limitation of liability clauses to contractual groups: a study of the Anhembi Park pavilion case” to the public and professors on Friday afternoon.
