Sergio Mannheimer participated in the 1st Congress on Arbitration and Public Administration of the Arbitration Channel

Yesterday, June 14, 2023, partner Sergio Mannheimer moderated a panel on “The role of the Audit Courts” in the 1st Congress on Arbitration and Public Administration of the Arbitration Channel, which occurred in person in Brasília.
The panel also featured speakers Egon Bockmann Moreira, who dealt with whether audit court understandings are binding to arbitral tribunais; Marçal Justen Filho, who spoke on the recently issued Federal Audit Court’s Normative Instruction 91/2022; and Priscila Cunha do Nascimento, who addressed the issue of the role of the audit court as controller of arbitration.
