Partner Sergio Mannheimer and associate Bernardo Latgé publish article titled “The materialization of the principle of publicity in arbitrations involving Public Administration”, as part of the treatise “Infra Women Brazil: Dispute Resolution in Infrastructure”.
The treatise, coordinated by Eliana Baraldi, Helena Abdo, Ana Marcado and Cristina Mastrobuono, and organized by Caio Henrique de Campos Ramos, will be launched during the X CAM-CCBC Conference on Arbitration, on October 16 and 17 at the JW Marriott Hotel São Paulo.
