On September 9, 2022, the treatise “Arbitration and Procedure” was published in honor of Professor Carlos Alberto Carmona. Partners Sergio Nelson Mannheimer and Ricardo Ramalho Almeida collaborated with the publication, the former co-authoring an article on “Third-Party Funding and Cost Allocation in Arbitration” and the latter co-authoring an analysis titled “The Superior Court of Justice and the Homologation of Foreign Arbitral Awards: Fifteen Years of Practice”.
